RBI Grade B Officer Eligibility Criteria

A candidate needs to go through the RBI Grade B Notification must have certain eligibility criteria. The most important thing to clarify is age and educational qualification. If these two important criteria are not matching with RBI Grade B Notification then you are not eligible to apply. So clearly read the eligibility criteria before filling up the application form.

Educational Qualification

General – You must have secured minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Bachelor’s degree, 12th Standard exam, and 10th Standard exam from a recognized institute.

DEPR – You must have a Master’s degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics / Finance with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University.

DSIM – You must have a Master’s degree in Statistics / Mathematical Statistics / Mathematical Economics / Econometrics / Statistics & Informatics / Applied Statistics & Informatics or Mathematics and one year post graduate diploma in Statistics or M. Stat degree in Indian Statistical Institute or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics with minimum 55 marks in aggregate from a reputed institute like IIT.

  • Educational Qualification:

Officer Scale- I: Candidate must have Graduation degree from the recognized College/University of India. Applicants should have the good computer operating knowledge.

Officer Scale II: Candidate must have Graduation degree  in any discipline with min.50% Marks, minimum two Year of bank Job Experience.

Officer Scale III: Graduation degree  in any discipline with min.50% Marks, minimum five Year of Bank Job or financial Intuition Experience.

Office Assistant: Graduation degree in any discipline from the recognized College/University of India.
